Maintenance and overhauls

A plan with periodic deadlines to prevent disruptions, and a fast emergency service

Even with industrial centrifuges, the most effective maintenance is without a doubt prevention.

Our company offers to each customer a maintenance plan with scheduled interventions, tailored according to the machinery and specific usage. Our highly specialized technicians perform the maintenance according to the identified plan, allowing the client to plan when the expense incur, and minimize the possibility of a breakdown and relative disruptions.

Periodic maintenance of the industrial centrifuge is divided into several phases:

  • control
  • disassembly and verification of the components;
  • diagnosis and intervention proposal;
  • maintenance interventions;
  • quality control and fine-tuning of the machine;
  • control in operating conditions and preventive diagnosis
An addition to this we also offer an emergency maintenance service, which is necessary in situations where a fault occurs without warning: in this case we are able to intervene promptly, within a maximum of 1÷2 working days, both at the customer's premises in our premises to minimize plant downtime.

At our workshop it is possible to completely overhaul any model of decanting machine with the regeneration of the conveyor and the balancing of the bowl and conveyor.

For diagnosis and maintenance, we use specially developed tools and highly technological instruments. We have a wide variety of spare parts but we are still able to recover other spare parts not available on stock within a few hours.
