Where we are

Decanter System is based in Ornago (in the province of Monza and Brianza) in via Leonardo da Vinci, 8.

We are a few minutes away from Monza, 20 km from Milan, very close to the A4, to the TEEM and to the most important traffic arteries of Lombardy and Northern Italy.

This strategic position allows us to promptly reach all our customers in their offices and to provide an assistance service, even on site, within a few hours.

Even coming to see us in our offices is very simple: we are just a few kilometers from the Cavenago-Cambiago exit of the A4 Turin-Milan-Venice-Trieste highway.

Our headquarters is a comfortable and spacious environment, with multiple windows and skylights that allow us to resort to natural light for most of the working day. In the design phase of the structure we took into account the provisions and the most advanced techniques in the field of seismic prevention, for the maximum safety of the company people and machines.

Green Strategy

Our company pays the utmost attention to minimize our environmental impact, and over the years we have implemented concrete and effective actions to reduce our energy footprint by containing the energy consume.

Reduction of energy consumption
For a lower environmental impact, we have installed a 20 kW photovoltaic system on the roof of the company. On the warehouse and in the production area we have installed innovative covers for direct lighting with solar light and LED lights to reduce energy consumption: in this way we have reduced electricity consumption produced by non-renewable sources by 98%.

Waste management
The application of the RRDRR principle (Savings, Recovery, Differentiated, Re-use, Recycling) has made it possible to drastically reduce the waste sent to landfills. Paper, plastic, glass and metal are differentiated and sent for recycling. All the packages we receive from suppliers are reused for new deliveries, paper is minced and reused as a packing for the goods shipped; we only use remanufactured printer cartridges to further reduce the undifferentiated volume destined for landfill.

Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions
To reduce the environmental impact of transport we have upgraded our fleet of vehicles with high-efficiency models and all Euro 6. We have also installed condensing boilers to reduce the use of natural gas, and reduced of 20% our consumption of natural gas for heating by better insulating the warehouse.

Certifications

Centrifuge are sturdy, massive and complex machines, which through careful periodic maintenance can last several tens of years without encountering particular problems or malfunctions that force long downtime periods.

We offer our customers the guarantee of a long experience in this sector and familiarity with all the most important machines and their characteristics, and to develop the most suitable practices for their correct functioning and the best possible maintenance cycles.

For each machine we store - in a protected digital archive in compliance with the best safety standards - a "Technical Data Sheet" containing all the mechanical and technical details and notes of the activities carried out in the delicate Start-Up phase and in all subsequent ones: in this way we can go back at any time to the history of the single machine, compare it with its current situation and quickly identify the aspects on which to intervene to restore its optimal conditions.
